Boulder Area Real Estate YTD June 2020 and Market Outlook

There are a lot of different factors affecting the real estate market right now, from the pandemic, the economic impact of
the stay-at-home and safer-at-home orders, to ever-changing interest rates, and more. In Boulder County, year-to-date
sales were down in every range from the $250,000-$500,000 range all the way to up the luxury market. At the end of
June, inventory in Boulder County had dropped to 1.4 months of available housing. Sales are outpacing new inventory
coming onto the market.

48 homes sold in the City of Boulder in June and by the end of the month, there were 268 homes on the market. Sold
homes are averaged 67 days on the market with an average sold price of about $1,092.000.

Superior had 39 homes on the market at the end of the month. 17 units closed in June. Average days on market for
sold homes dropped slightly to 41 days with an average sold price of around $654,000.

Louisville Single Family Homes YTD Over the Last 5 Years

Junes sales were 25 in Louisville at an average sold price of approximately $735,000 and an average of 27 days on the
market. June ended with 44 available for sale.

Lafayette Single Family Homes YTD Over the Last 5 Years

Boulder Area Real Estate Market Report June 2020

26 Lafayette homes sold for an average price of about $624,000 in June with about 27 days on the market. The end of
June showed 85 homes listed for sale.
