Having a desirable outdoor living area for your home so you can take advantage of the 300 plus sunny days we have in Colorado is also a bonus. My clients are often drawn to homes that have a fire pit, a large seating area, or even beautiful landscaping that helps complete this space. Having a home that has indoor common areas should be seamlessly connected to the outdoor space. Bright, open, and sunny homes seem to please the majority of my clients. Having this open effect from outdoor to the inside can be the perfect plan to bring the sunshine into your home. I know my clients well and know that some of them are looking for outdoor spaces that are either low or no maintenance. This is where knowing my clients and conducting interviews with them to get a great feel for what they are wanting and needing out of their home helps me be able to pick their dream home!

Spa Worthy Bathrooms And Exceptional Closets

The bathroom is another common area my clients speak to me about. They have many specific wants and needs from this space. Having a deluxe walk-in shower with multiple shower heads is also a frequent request. Some of my clients want this space to be their relaxing escape from the day to day stresses life brings. A bathtub versus a shower is more of a personal choice. But I do often see that families with younger children prefer at least one tub in the home. An extravagant tub in the master bathroom can be a great way to unwind and can give a bathroom that spa-like feel.

Closets are another thing that I find a lot of clients look at. They need a space that has more than enough room for all of their clothes, shoes, accessories, and mirrors for that “dressing room” feel.
