My Full-Service Pre-Marketing Package that begins with a professional stager and guidance in how to prep your home for sale. I also coordinate pre-inspections, roof certifications, general inspections, and HVAC certifications—helping anticipate and address potential issues before going to market so that there are no surprises, as well as increasing Buyer confidence when offering on your home.

My marketing strategy begins with magazine-quality photography (with aerial and twilight shots when warranted), immersive Matterport 3D tours, and guided video tours. I leverage powerful platforms like Homes.com, YouTube, and geotargeted advertising to reach serious buyers exactly where they are and also promote the home in an assortment of other ways like mailers, door knocking and open houses, social media marketing and more.
