Having been a resident of Superior since 2000, I have an in-depth understanding of Boulder and the surrounding areas that I enjoy serving. I have a passion for helping buyers find and purchase their dream homes, utilizing my negotiating expertise to get their offers accepted and to guide them through the process to achieve their goals, negotiating for and advising them the entire way. As a Certified New Home Specialist, I am uniquely qualified to help my buyers in the build process should they decide to purchase a home from a builder or work with a custom builder to build their dream home.

When it comes to assisting my Sellers, I take things to a whole new level of excellence with my concierge-like service and my Full-Service Pre-Marketing Package. From pre-inspections, handyman services, staging and organizer consultations, and extreme attention to detail, I help ensure that my Sellers have a smooth transaction by anticipating issues that might come up. My incredible marketing approach includes magazine quality photos (aerial and dusk photos as warranted), 3D dollhouse view Matterport technology, and video and utilizes them in a multi-faceted approach to attract more buyers. My years of experience as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist benefits all my Sellers regardless of price point.
